How the tools handle your data

Public three-way CSV tool: selected file contents are read and compared in your browser. The tool does not upload them, call an AI provider, or save them to browser storage. Reloading or resetting clears the working session. Reports you download remain on your device.

Review planning brief: the selections on /start remain in the page session and the brief you download. No enquiry is submitted, no booking is made, and no form details are sent to ReconDesk.

Website hosting: Vercel serves the site and may process ordinary request information such as IP addresses and access logs. Local CSV processing does not mean browsing the website creates no server requests.

Existing signed-in PDF workspace: this separate workflow uploads files to Supabase and sends extracted text to OpenAI for embeddings and model-assisted comparison. Do not use it for confidential or personal records without the appropriate authority and agreement. It is not the same local-only workflow as the public CSV tool.

Pilot engagements: a redacted sample and agreed data-handling process come before a paid engagement. The public site does not collect enquiry details or source files.

Seller identity, contact details, invoicing information and engagement-specific processing terms must be supplied and agreed before contracting. This page describes the current tools; it does not replace agreed service terms.
