The supplier record lists 120. The warehouse receipt and Shopify posting both list 118. The recorded difference sits between shipment and receipt. Its cause still needs review.

§ 02 — Scope

Built for a narrow job.

Built for

  • Shopify apparel brands in the Netherlands taking supplier shipments into their own warehouse or a 3PL.
  • Receipts that are posted against a shipment, where somebody still checks the paperwork by hand.
  • Closed shipments where all three records exist and are expected to agree.

Not built for

  • Live stock accuracy. This compares the records of one receipt, not what is on the shelf today.
  • Automatic integration. There is no store connection and no login — you bring normalized CSV files.
  • Scanned paperwork as it stands. PDF packing lists are prepared and checked by hand before anything is compared.

§ 03 — First review

A first review is scoped
before it is sold.

The tool is free to use and answers part of the question. A review is the manual part: preparing the evidence, aligning it and reading the exceptions with you. It starts small, on purpose.

    Feasibility before fee

    A redacted sample decides whether shipment, SKU, location and unit can be matched at all. If they cannot, that is the finding and the work stops there.

    Scope in writing

    The deliverable and a one-off fee are agreed in writing before paid work begins. Any recurring monthly service requires a separate agreement, considered only after the first review demonstrates a reason to continue. No subscription starts automatically.
